To the beach...

This is not my creation, lol. But a photo of one of our beautifull beaches here in Curacao, named Cas Abou. Specially for my international blog visiters. Yesterday I spend the day on this beach, it was sooooooo relaxing with the Sun, Wind and Sea.

A customized money holder

A friend asked me to make a money holder for a girl as present for her first communion.

>>The girl wish is to buy an I-pad.<<

So I made a girly I-pad ( with different cartridges and punches) , and to make it more girly I embossed the top of the “envelope” with flowers and decorated it with pink pearls, and as finishing touch 3 roses (Art philosophy).  Opening the envelope they will find the printed sentiment and the names.

Success my students

I was in a hurry and had less then 10 minutes to make something for my 5 students to wish them success with their economic exam. So I bought some candy and chocolate (i know they liked), and 5  paper bags. I embossed them with the script embossing folder and stamped the sentiment on a piece of cardstock. I had no time to make something more nicer with the cricut.... but they loved it and the candys too. Success!!! Go for it, You can it!!!

A creative Sunday

I helped my daughter with a schoolproject "My Dream".
We had a lot of fun!! I cut out the figures with the Cricut.
Cartridges used: Life is a Beach, Forever Young, A Child's Year, Art Philosphy and Spring Seasonal and Love You a Latte.
Stamps of Martha Stewart, Close to my Heart and Kaiser Crafts.
We used some other stuffs like rubbons, ribbon, pearls, stickers, real sand, shells and woodsticks.

I made also 2 bags that can be used as Party Favors with the Forever Young Cartridge,

Baby shower

A month ago I made this Babyshower banner with Storybook cartridge and the animals as centerpieces around the cake, from the Create a critter cartridge. They are so cute. I cut them out at the biggest size on a 12" cardstock.

Happy birthday my princess

One of my creations:  a present for my daughter's birthday. It's a small canvas board decorated  in purple, her favorite color and with the Cricut: Art Philosophy and Gypsy Wanderings. I used the Cuttlebug for the swirl embossing and finished it off with some pearls.
